It is produced from pasteurized sheep’s and goat’s milk from our region in a percentage of up to 80% sheep’s milk and 20% goat’s milk, according to EU regulation.
As a result of its maturation for several months, it has a rich aroma and pleasant taste, solid texture and a white-yellowish color.
It is Ideal as appetizer, in tasty sandwiches and snacks, as saganaki (fried on the pan) and as ingredient for pies, omelets and pizzas
