Manouri P.D.O is a whey product resulting from the production process of Feta cheese with the addition of pasteurized cream. It has a compact texture and rich flavor. Ideally served with hot bread, it is also consumed as in salads and snacks as well as grilled and paired with wine and tsipouro.
