Boukouvalas Feta is a traditional product of Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) that is prepared according to strict specifications, from pasteurized sheep and goat milk with a maximum percentage of goat milk by 30%.
Slightly hard so that when cut, it does not crumble, Boukouvalas Feta cheese always stays high in quality and retains its rich, characteristic taste.
Our Feta matures for at least 2 months since the date of production.
It is consumed as an appetizer, in snacks, as a side dish in main dishes and salads or pan-seared (“saganaki”).
It can be used as a filling in pies and omelets, it is used in many different recipes adding its rich flavor and is a main ingredient in various Mediterranean dishes.
