It is produced only from pasteurized sheep’s and goat’s milk from our region with a maximum amount of goat 30% according to EU regulation.
It matures 2 months after the date of production in protected conditions in our factory, maintaining its traditional taste and quality stable over the time.
As an ingredient for delicious pies, omelets, yummy appetizers, sandwiches, nutritious snacks and salads, Feta Boukouvalas adds flavor to every dish, not only in Mediterranean recipes, but also in recipes from many other cuisines of the world.
Due to its excellent composition, it does not crumble when cut and it is ideal for saganaki (fried on the pan).
